I got Hiko injections so many times because of my bulbous nose, but the blunt nasal tip didn’t improve at all, and I just wasted money In the end, after thinking about it a lot, I got closed rhinoplasty at a clinic, and I wish I had done it sooner.,, They shaped it nicely and slimly, so once the swelling went down, the nasal tip shape was definitely different. It’s a line you can never get with procedures... Everyone worried about a bulbous nose, don’t waste money on procedures; just end it in one go with surgery Please
