Breast Surgery Reviews

It’s been one month since my stem cell breast fat graft... it feels like it’s gone down a little, is that normal??

Hi everyone! I’m here with a real 3-week review after getting stem cell breast fat grafting haha First, now that it’s week 3, all the bruising is completely gone and it looks clean, and the scars are gradually fading too I wanted to share a little about the pros and cons I felt over the past 3 weeks, plus how I managed recovery, though it’s nothing major.. haha

First, the pros!! 1. I’m so happy every time I look in the mirror because my breasts are noticeably bigger There’s still a little residual swelling, but the feel has become almost exactly like my real natural breast tissue Before, even when I held one breast with one hand, there was a little space left in my hand, but now I can’t fully hold it with one hand

2. Clothes fit differently Before, I wasn’t confident about my figure,, whenever I wanted to wear tight clothes, I always depended on a padded bra, but now I don’t need a padded bra anymore! Even when I just wear a comfortable wireless bra with a tank top or a tight T-shirt, the fit is different, so I feel like my confidence is overflowing

3. Unlike regular breast implants, the scars are very small Since there was no incision to begin with, only the small needle holes used to remove and inject the fat remained as scars. They’re very tiny, so they don’t show much, and they’re gradually fading, so I think they’ll disappear completely soon!

Now the cons.. 1. First, you can’t sleep on your side until the one-month mark For about the first week, it felt awkward and uncomfortable I originally almost always slept on my side, so sleeping straight on my back felt a bit stiff and hard But from week 2, I got used to it a bit, and now I’m sleeping pretty well

2. No intense exercise or running They said if the breasts are compressed or shake too much, it can interfere with fat graft survival I used to do Pilates, but I told my instructor and asked to pause my pass for about a month If you’re in a situation where you have to run(?), I recommend fast walking like race walking while trying to keep your breasts from bouncing as much as possible.. haha

Honestly, other than these two things, I don’t think there was anything hugely uncomfortable However, I go to the clinic every week for InBody measurement and a condition check, and they said losing weight during the graft survival period isn’t good In the first week, I gained about 1 kg and got praised(?), but in week 2, I lost a little weight, so they told me to eat more diligently,, haha

To talk a bit about aftercare after fat grafting, first, for bruising and swelling, I visited the clinic once a week and received aftercare like hyperbaric oxygen therapy, medium/low-frequency therapy, laser treatment, and so on, so I recovered a lot in 3 weeks I also applied the bruise cream prescribed by the clinic generously 3 times a day, morning, lunch, and evening, and I think that helped with getting rid of the bruises

And eating three proper meals a day and sleeping well.. Since losing weight during the 1-month graft survival period isn’t good, I tried to maintain my weight while eating a balanced intake of carbs, protein, and fat Also, I wore compression garments whenever I slept, and in daily life I wore things like sports bras that weren’t too tight, trying as much as possible to prevent my breast shape from changing

The swelling has gone down a lot compared to the beginning, so my breast size is smaller than it was at first, but there’s still a big difference between before and after, right?? How does it look to everyone??
