I brought a 4-week review of my breast fat grafting! I’ll summarize only the things people were most curious about, which they sent me in private comments or messages when I posted my first review. First of all, my fat grafting was a very, very successful case, so the response was really good. I had the procedure done when I was 166 cm and 66 kg, and because I definitely was not thin, they were able to harvest a lot of fat just from my thighs, so 300 cc was grafted into each breast. At my 1-week follow-up visit after the procedure, the director personally checked my progress, and told me that more would be absorbed than I expected. Now that 4 weeks have passed, I have no bruising or pain left in the breast area at all, and even when I touch them, there’s no foreign-body sensation or hardness; they’re just so soft, like touching my own fat. And for the grafting scars, there are four sites: both armpits and under both breasts. For the armpit side, I’m not sure if they intentionally made the incisions along the armpit creases, but they don’t show at all, and under the breasts, only round scars about the size of ordinary moles remain! And the most important thing is the engraftment rate and how well the volume lasts. Um... of course, compared with the beginning, the swelling has gone down and quite a bit has been absorbed!! My original breast size was 80AA, and my current size is about 80C!! The size after quite a bit has gone down is still a C cup haha. Even when I just wear a sports bra, my cleavage gathers nicely and looks pretty. I think mine was a success. Among the ladies who have had breast fat grafting and are reading this, are there any of you who continued losing volume even after week 4?!
