Breast Surgery Reviews

I finally had breast augmentation!!!

Hi~ I had been really stressed because I had a lot of concerns about my breasts, but I recently had breast augmentation and I’m so satisfied that I wanted to leave a review! This is my before-surgery photo! I had the procedure done through an inframammary fold incision at a plastic surgery clinic, and I got Mentor Smooth implants: 375 cc on one side and 350 cc on the right! I originally had slight breast asymmetry, so they recommended different sizes, and I went ahead with that~ On the day of surgery, after I woke up from anesthesia, my breasts felt extremely hard and the pressure was intense To be honest, it wasn’t comfortable, and there was quite a bit of discomfort when getting up from lying down or changing positions. Especially because it was hard to use my arms freely, I struggled a bit when tying my hair or showering... Still, after about 3-4 days, the pain went away a lot, and I was gradually able to return to daily life!! From week 2, I definitely felt like things had improved a lot The feeling of pressure had also decreased a lot, and movement was much freer. There is still a slight feeling of fullness/highness in the upper part of the breasts and some firmness, but the visible shape seems to be settling more and more. Wearing a bra also makes the shape feel more defined. Now that it has been one month, I can basically do almost all daily activities! I can move my arms freely, and light activities are no problem at all~~ The texture still doesn’t feel completely soft like natural breasts, and it feels slightly firm. Still, compared with the beginning, I can feel that they have softened a lot~ Now this is the part I’m most satisfied with: the upper volume has settled naturally, so the fit of my clothes has really changed. Before, I didn’t have that filled-out feeling, but now even just wearing a basic T-shirt looks different. And getting different implant sizes on the left and right was truly the best decision....! They look much more balanced~ The swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, and only a little residual swelling remains. The bruising has almost completely disappeared. Since the scar is in the inframammary fold, it hasn’t bothered me much, and since I’m only one month post-op, it hasn’t completely faded yet, but I think it will improve a lot if I keep taking good care of it~ Sleeping completely face down is still a bit too much, and I’m being careful about anything that strongly compresses the area. Also, I sometimes feel a tingling sensation? but I heard it improves a lot over time, so I’m not too worried!! It has only been one month, so this isn’t the final result yet, but so far my satisfaction is really high~ I heard they will drop and soften more naturally over time, so that’s what I’m looking forward to most!! When I think about all the time I spent worrying, I even wonder why I didn’t do it sooner! If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments~
