Breast Surgery Reviews

If you’re going for a natural look, this is the place.. 3-week breast surgery review at Foret Plastic Surgery

Transaxillary / Motiva Mini 245cc I’m originally the type who places a lot of importance on “naturalness,” even when it comes to facial plastic surgery.. I really dislike it when surgery looks obvious, so I had especially a lot of concerns about breast surgery! When I wore a bra, my upper breasts always looked empty, and my breasts didn’t come together well either, so that was quietly stressful. That’s why I started considering breast augmentation, but once I actually looked into it, the perception that “breast surgery always looks obvious” was so strong that I think I deliberated for a really long time. On top of that, since breast surgery involves placing implants inside the body, I thought I had to decide very carefully, so I decided to go to lots of consultations! I went to consultations at almost 10 places. The more consultations you go to, the more you start to get a feel for what implant you should choose and what size would suit you, so I recommend going to many places haha I’m 166 cm tall and on the slim side, so I strongly felt that if only my breasts became very large, it would look too artificial. That was my biggest concern. So every time I went for a consultation, what I always emphasized was ***“I absolutely do not want round, big, artificial-looking breasts.” (I think I really emphasized this a lot at every consultation lol) I kept saying that rather than an overly protruding or obvious look, I wanted breasts so natural that when people saw them, they would think, ‘Huh? Those were done?’ Then I learned about the Motiva Mini implant!! Among current implants, it’s the flattest and most natural-looking implant, so I thought it could create exactly the feel I wanted, and I decided to go with the Mini. For those going to breast consultations, please make sure to ask, “Please show me actual before-and-after photos of what it would look like if I used this implant!”** While I was going around to hospital consultations, I asked to see photos every time.. The consultants would show them to me saying, “It looks so natural, right!” but… Honestly, to my eyes, many of them didn’t look natural at all.. So I think that made me worry even more ________________________________________ [How I decided to consult at Foret Plastic Surgery] Then a friend saw Director Kim Minyoung’s thread and recommended it to me. I watched the texture video posted there, and it looked like it moved really naturally, so I thought, “This is the place!” and made an appointment right away... haha When I showed the director reference photos of the look I wanted, she immediately recommended Motiva Mini 245cc. It was exactly the size and feel I had in mind, and when I looked at the before-and-after videos and photos, I thought they looked so natural and pretty. (It was the mooooost natural out of everything I had seen so far.) Especially the Eiffel Tower shape that the director pursues haha. I really liked the cleavage line, and I thought her aesthetic sense was good! So I decided to have the surgery, and since I also wanted to clean up my thigh line, which had been bothering me, I decided to do thigh liposuction + fat grafting to the cleavage area together! ________________________________________ [Day of surgery] On the day of surgery, I was really nervous and scared, but thankfully the surgery went well. And maybe I won the painless lottery(?), because I was so surprised that I had almost no breast pain compared to what I expected. The armpit area definitely felt stiff, and when getting up by myself, I needed a little help. Still, the breast pain was almost close to 0, so I was moved… I also came out with drainage tubes, but it didn’t feel as uncomfortable as I expected. ________________________________________ [Days 1-3] I’m extremely busy with work, so I went back to work right away from the second day after surgery haha My parents said I was amazing My breasts really had no pain at all, but instead, I felt like I couldn’t raise my arms much. If anything, the thigh liposuction area was more uncomfortable when walking than my breasts, but that also became almost okay after about 3 days. ________________________________________ [Week 1] There was still a little stiffness from my armpits to my arms. At first, the compression bra was pretty uncomfortable too, but now I’m almost fully adjusted! ________________________________________ [Week 2] Now the stiffness around my armpits has also gone away a lot, and I’m at the point where there’s almost no discomfort in daily life. The texture is gradually softening too, and the lower part already feels quite soft and squishy. The upper part still feels slightly firm, but I think that will also loosen up more naturally with time, so I’m really looking forward to it! I’m also so satisfied because the shape is exactly the totally natural!!!!!!!!!!! line I wanted. I also really thought a lot before getting breast augmentation, but once you make up your mind, I think it’s good to just go, “whatever, let’s do it,” and quickly proceed from consultation to surgery haha Especially for breast augmentation, I feel like the balance with your overall body line and body type is important, so I think it’s a process of clearly deciding the look and size you want, then finding a doctor who can meet those needs. I recommend looking for reference photos with the feel you want and going to many consultations! For those who, like me, want natural-looking breasts in a size that suits their own body rather than simply large breasts! I recommend Foret Plastic Surgery.. Once more time passes, I’ll leave a detailed review about changes in texture and shape too!
