Review about 2 weeks after autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty

Review about 2 weeks after autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty I had my first nose surgery this time at EㅇB. I had nasal implants, bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, autologous costal cartilage, and hump nose correction done together. I was pretty worried right up until just before the surgery, but once I actually got it done, it’s manageable lol Maybe because it’s week 2, there is still some swelling from the rhinoplasty. The nasal tip and alar area still feel swollen, so I think they’ll improve with time. The major swelling has gone down, so I can roughly see the overall shape, and since my swelling seems to go down quickly, I think the line will be more visible once the minor swelling goes down more. Because it was autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty, the nasal tip definitely feels firmly supported, and the hump has also been refined, so the side profile already looks cleaner than before. There is still a slight pulling feeling when I smile or make facial expressions, but I can go about daily life without difficulty! There’s nothing very uncomfortable. It’s still early since I’m only 2 weeks post-op, but based on how it looks now, I’m satisfied because the direction of the line seems to have been set well. I think it will look more natural once the rhinoplasty swelling goes down more, so I’m just waiting for time to pass!
