Nose Surgery Reviews

Changed my hooked nose to a straight-to-slightly-curved line haha

I had a hooked nose where the middle of my nasal bridge protruded, making the nasal tip look droopy. From the front, there was nothing that major, but as everyone with a hooked nose knows, the side profile was the biggest problem I heard that these days in other countries, some people even intentionally create a slight hump when getting rhinoplasty for a natural look, but I really didn’t like my shape, so I wanted to fix it.. When looking for a clinic, I didn’t want my nose shape to change excessively, so I mainly looked for places that produced a refined-but-natural result, had clear before-and-after results, and had many hooked-nose rhinoplasty reviews. It wasn’t just about the surgery being done well; I also considered thorough postoperative care and having the director personally check the progress important (obvious, but haha) I thought the follow-up would naturally be done by the director who performed the surgery, but apparently there are places where that’s not the case..? I think it’s good to ask about all these details during consultation. After surgery, while I had the splint on, breathing was difficult, so sleeping was uncomfortable;; In the beginning, they said lying down to sleep wasn’t good, so part of it was because I couldn’t lie down Other than that, it wasn’t unbearably painful. There was some bothersome tingling sensation, but the pain was more tolerable than I expected. Maybe recovery was faster because I did it without an implant. From around 2–3 weeks, a lot of the major swelling went down, my nostrils looked slimmer from the front, and I could see improvement in the side profile, which I had considered my biggest problem, so I liked that. The line also became softer while still feeling like it didn’t stray too far from my original nose shape, so I’m happy with it haha I already had some nasal bridge height, so other than shaving down the hump, they didn’t touch it, and thanks to that it came out just the way I wanted lol For the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage, and I only had partial osteotomy and nostril reduction done together, so we did exactly what was necessary haha
