I heard that when the nasal tip droops, revision surgery is often done with costal cartilage, so even just because of the costal cartilage.. I’ve booked consultations at Gonggan and RU first, and I’m still looking into clinics, but I heard that costal cartilage can sometimes make the nose look a bit flashy? Like the nasal tip becomes pointy? The reviews for the places I booked looked natural.. and even with costal cartilage, it didn’t seem that flashy.. But is it difficult to do a revision rhinoplasty naturally with costal cartilage? If you use costal cartilage, should I assume it will definitely end up closer to a flashy look?
