Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I was finally reborn with a nose that matches the look I wanted lol

For fairness, I brought photos where I only applied skin makeup and tint, and only from the same angle. Honestly, I didn’t think my nose before surgery was extremely ugly or had any major flaw, but compared with my other facial features, it always felt a bit lacking. When I looked at female celebrities I liked, my friends even said I was consistent because I had a long history of only liking people with pretty noses.. lol And I thought my nose had gained fat, but I never thought of it as a bulbous nose. However, every place I went for consultations said bulbous nose correction was essential. So I narrowed my consultation list again to places with many bulbous nose reviews, chose from among them, and had the surgery. Before going around for consultations, I mainly looked for bulbous nose and hump nose reviews, and I also asked my friends a lot. And after I started visiting clinics, I considered the design the most important thing. Of course, unlike double eyelid surgery, they don’t directly mark out a line or anything, so most of it is imagined through the silicone thickness, but if there was someone who explained it in a way that made it easiest to visualize, I wanted to have it done there.. lol I had only vaguely heard that bulbous nose surgery is difficult and a tricky case, but I thought that if the doctor is a specialist who focuses on noses, they should be able to handle any case well (of course, the level of difficulty would differ..). In the end, I had it done by someone who is good at a wide range of cases, whether easy or difficult lol I’ll just briefly write the quote comparison and move on. (For convenience, I’ll mark the clinics as A, B, and C.) A: bulbous nose correction + nasal bridge with 1 mm ear cartilage + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage B: bulbous nose correction + hump nose osteotomy + donated costal cartilage C: bulbous nose correction + hump nose correction + autologous costal cartilage Clinic A’s method of filling the hump with ear cartilage without shaving or performing an osteotomy was interesting, but since it was surgery on my own nose, I wanted to avoid anything that seemed a bit minor or less common. So the materials used were 2 mm silicone + autologous costal cartilage. The reason I used autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery was that I didn’t want to use ear cartilage, and my septal cartilage was insufficient, so I would have had to use it together with donated costal cartilage, but I didn’t want to use someone else’s tissue… lol Am I too picky lol? Because of this personality, I chose the clinic just as carefully, and the surgery could be successful. They paid careful attention to aftercare so that no scar would remain at the harvesting site, but later I got annoyed and stopped going.. lol Still, I’m very healthy and sturdy, so I recovered with almost no scar!! I was concerned about the nasolabial angle at the same time as the hump, and they really made it into an ideal line. I wanted to show off my side profile, so I only walked sideways like a crab. (Joking lol)
