3-4 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery with the natural adhesion method, but as time passed, the line came undone, so I started considering revision surgery. I liked the design itself, but after about a year, it came undone. It was stressful that it kept loosening repeatedly, so this time I wanted to proceed with a natural inner-double-eyelid look.
While looking into it, I had a consultation with Director Lee Seung-chan at TS. After examining the condition of my eyes, he explained that if I wanted the result to last a long time in the direction I wanted, it would be good to do an incisional method together with upper eyelid fat repositioning.
Since I was already getting an eye consultation, I also thought I wanted to correct my nose, which had always bothered me, so I had a consultation for that too.
My nose was slightly crooked and I had a hump nose, so I wanted the overall shape to be smoothed out with a straight-line feel.
I was also debating whether to put silicone in the nasal bridge or go implant-free, but during the consultation, after looking at the condition of my nose, he recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I decided to go in that direction.
Honestly, I think I explained things a bit incoherently, but I was grateful that he understood the parts I wanted well. He explained the direction for my eyes and nose one by one, so the consultation atmosphere felt comfortable, and I think I was able to say everything I wanted to say!
