It felt slightly too high, so I went for a consultation, and they said not to touch the support strut, but to remove the ear cartilage placed over it, and while doing that, they would slightly lower the nasal dorsum too. They said they’ll leave the silicone as is.. How do they lower only the nasal dorsum..? Without the ear cartilage, will the nasal tip shape still look okay with just the support strut? Then will it only get lowered very slightly? Has anyone here had it removed like this? The support strut is donated rib cartilage.
