I’m considering revision rhinoplasty and wanted to ask for advice, so I’m posting here.Current condition:∙ Silicone implant + artificial dermis currently inserted∙ Drooping nasal tip, bulbous nose, nostrils look round and visible from the front∙ The nasal bridge isn’t a major issue, but the nasal tip lacks projection and is droopingWhat I want is to remove the artificial dermis and use septal extension grafting to naturally project the nasal tip forward. I don’t want it lifted upward.I’m interested in RU Plastic Surgery, but there aren’t many real reviews and I’m also worried about the price. Since this would be my third surgery, I want to decide carefully.If anyone has had a consultation or surgery experience at places like RU, Mint, Named, Log, Andro, Objet, Another, etc., I’d really like to hear how it was.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
