I had removal surgery a month ago, but my nasal tip looks similar to a surgically done nose, or maybe it even feels more sharply projected and gathered at the tip. Maybe because of the contracture phase, the nasal tip is also firm. At first, I thought this was swelling or scar tissue, but now I’m wondering if they tied the nasal tip too tightly during the removal. When viewed from below, the nostrils look gathered together, and on one side it feels like the nasal valve has narrowed, as if the tissue is touching, so it feels stuffy when I breathe and mucus doesn’t drain well, only on one side. Could this be swelling right now, or could it be because the cartilage was tied together? Even after removal, it never ends
