I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago, and it was so natural that no one around me could tell, plus my nostril wings looked spread out, so I got revision rhinoplasty this time. The doctor said that since the nasal tip would be raised compared to before anyway, the nostril wings would naturally look smaller too, so I didn’t need separate alar reduction. But after actually getting the surgery, it turned out so slim and refined I was really worried about the pain because I used autologous costal cartilage, but it was uncomfortable for about the first three days? Now it’s been about 3 weeks, and it doesn’t hurt at all. I can totally go about daily life haha From the time the splint was removed, I barely had any swelling, and honestly all I can say is that I really love the line.. hahaha Everyone around me says it turned out so well and that I’ve gotten prettier I just hope the nasal tip doesn’t drop from here
