While going around for revision rhinoplasty consultations, this is what I heard from a director. Does my nose show a lot of nostril from the front? And is my columella on the long side..? I went for a consultation because the nasal tip is showing through, and the doctor said: 1. Remove the septal cartilage from the septal support graft and replace it with ear cartilage (lower the height) 2. Lower the nasal tip so the nostrils don’t show 3. Shorten the columella length 4. Place MegaDerm on the nasal tip Is my nose really that serious?? If possible, I want to touch as little as I can. Everyone, please take a look just once ***There are a lot of comments asking why I’m doing revision surgery, so I’m leaving the last side-view photo too.. If you see this, you’ll understand why I’m considering revision...***
