I had the splint removed. But it looks lifted upward like a pig nose. This will get better, right? My nose looks shorter, so it feels a bit overwhelming. It’s still swollen, so it looks even more awkward. The clinic said my nose would come down. They used ear cartilage and firmly fixed the nasal tip upward. If the nasal tip comes down, will it look a bit longer? I hope the pig-nose look gets better.
