It’s been 3 weeks since my nose surgery, and my nose had inflammation, so they removed all the silicone. There was also a lot of inflammation on the side where the autologous costal cartilage was inserted, but they said they cleaned it thoroughly and left just a tiny bit of the autologous costal cartilage as support. I asked them to remove everything though.. Was it unavoidable because they were worried my nose would turn up? Anyway, right now my nasal tip and the inside of my nose are taking turns stinging and hurting so much. This is normal, right? Blood keeps coming out terribly, like a runny nose. Could it be hurting because the inflammation hasn’t all been removed? The inflammation had spread down to my philtrum, so my philtrum was swollen. But it still feels uncomfortably swollen.
