I only had the silicone removed, and left the nasal tip cartilage in place. It has been about 2 weeks since the removal surgery, and only my nasal tip looks slim and slightly upturned (since only the silicone from the nasal bridge was removed, the tip is the only part left). From the front, my nostrils are very visible, and unlike before surgery, my nostrils look triangular. Could this also improve a lot over time? I’m curious how much time needs to pass for them to become rounder and for the nasal tip to come down.
