Usually, if you remove it right at 6 months after the first surgery, about how much does it cost? If I remove all of the silicone on the nasal bridge and everything from the nasal tip. I think there was quite a bit done to the tip: septal cartilage, ear cartilage, crooked nose correction, alar correction, nasal tip lengthening, and rhinitis surgery (deviated septum, inferior turbinate). I don’t think there was an osteotomy.. Would this count as a lot of manipulation? Would full removal be possible?
