Having it removed was the best decision. Life really can change dramatically.

Look at the first before photo, my nose was f*cking...;; That was in 2017, and even thinking about it again makes me furious. None of my opinions were reflected at all, and they used a salaried doctor and just made my nose look stupid, like Michael Jackson’s. How was I supposed to live like that, ha... Seriously, the stress was beyond words... I was just about to develop a mental illness?? I really went through so much. Now I’ve had everything removed, and the bottom photo is my nose after removal, back to normal. My nose has come down now. I originally didn’t have a hump nose or an arrow-shaped nose, just a short nose? something like that?? Even now, it came down well without looking like an arrow-shaped nose! I’m so happy and relieved that I’m back to my natural nose. It’s been a while since the surgery, but in my opinion, just because an implant and costal cartilage were put in, it doesn’t mean it can’t go back. I had nose surgery twice, and with the removal, three times total! During my first surgery, without my permission, they used Medpor, silicone, and septal cartilage... ha... For my revision surgery, they removed the Medpor and operated again using donated costal cartilage, silicone, and septal cartilage. After the revision, at least it became a human-looking nose, and there were no side effects, but because I was dissatisfied with the shape and the hardness of the donated costal cartilage, I had everything removed last year! It’s been about 9 months?? Now it’s completely my own nose! (It has settled!!) Honestly, because donated costal cartilage had been used, I was really worried my nose would collapse if it was removed, so I also considered getting it touched up again, but I felt like it would just repeat a vicious cycle, so I made a big decision and had everything removed, and I have no regrets! There is no contracture or inflammation at all, and I have no problems breathing. If anyone is worried because they were told costal cartilage was used, like me, I hope my review helps ㅠ My shape was seriously bad... I’ll reply to comments whenever I have time here and there ㅠㅠ
