- 4-month follow-up review The swelling has been down for a while, so I’m not really sure whether the residual swelling is still going down. But after my first surgery, I felt like the residual swelling slowly went down until around 6 to 8 months, whereas this time it seems like it all went down pretty quickly. - Overall shape My previous nose extended too straight and felt like it dropped abruptly, but now it’s not completely straight; it has a slight curve, and the nasal tip drops in a rounded way, so it looks much more natural. I didn’t want my nose to become extremely high or slim, and I’m happy that the size and shape turned out natural. The incision line is still fairly visible, but compared with last month, I can definitely see that it has faded, so I think I’ll need to wait a little longer.
