As you can see, my natural nose was really very crooked. There are usually many reviews of surgery for low noses, but not many about crooked nose correction, so I also had a hard time finding reviews. I hope this helps people like that. (Surgical method: bridge + entire nasal tip done without implants, partial septal cartilage harvested, two pieces of ear cartilage used, reverse-rotation cartilage graft for the nasal tip and columellar lowering performed together, dorsal hump refinement, filling empty space along the line leading to the nasal tip with cartilage.) Since my original nose was quite crooked, it made my face look even more asymmetrical and my frontal impression look somewhat unclear, so it was something I was always conscious of. I had actually seen many cases of side effects from rhinoplasty, so I hesitated a lot at first, but after seeing an acquaintance have surgery here and become naturally prettier, I found the courage to do it. I am very satisfied because the crooked nose improvement was clear! I went to a total of five consultations, and at the first four places, they said my nose was very crooked and on the low side, so I would need costal cartilage or a silicone implant. But Between, the last place I consulted, was the only one that recommended a no-implant approach. They explained that because I have some facial asymmetry, raising the nose too much could actually make the asymmetry stand out more, and that building height on a nose structure that was weak to begin with could carry risks. I agreed with that opinion too. To be honest, I strongly wanted to do it safely without implants if possible, so I proceeded here. I liked the surgical method, but more than anything, I felt the care was good. They explained in advance that surgery was not the end, what kind of aftercare would be provided afterward, including things like swelling laser treatment, and there was also a system where a guardian could view CCTV in real time, so I felt reassured. Since I tend to be very scared, these things were important to me too. In particular, the consultation manager was really kind. Because I scare easily, I asked a lot of small questions, but she always answered kindly regardless of the time, and even after payment, she continued to pay attention to various details until I went into surgery. I am satisfied with the shape too, but personally, this kind of attentive care and response felt even more significant. As I write this, it may look a bit like an advertisement, but that is how satisfied I am, so I tried to write it carefully haha... It has been about a month since surgery, and I am really satisfied. I heard that each hospital has a different style, and I thought Between would suit people who want a naturally improved nose rather than a dramatically heightened one. I especially liked Director Lee Ji-hwan’s style because the nasal tip feels rounded, natural, and pretty, and during the consultation, I felt he tried to reflect my desired needs as much as possible. Overall, I am living with satisfaction now.
