The director was not bad. Because of the surgery schedule, the consultation couldn’t be long, so it was short and they sort of rushed off. Here they don’t use ear cartilage at all. They said that once autologous costal cartilage is being used, there is no need to use septal cartilage. They also immediately noticed that my nasal bridge was crooked. At other places they said they only use ear cartilage, but here they said they don’t use it at all. Maybe because of sagging?? They said a customized implant would be better. If using regular silicone, are they shaving down my bone? The nose tip is all handled with autologous costal cartilage
