The doctor gave a good consultation and was kind. He also had a good impression! I had actually gone without expecting much because I had already had consultations at several places, but it was good. He told me not to worry much about asymmetry. He said the bridge of the nose could be raised by 3 to 3.5 mm and that osteotomy would not be necessary! He recommended correcting the bulbous tip, and I had been told at another hospital that if the bulbous tip were corrected, the nose would look pinched, so I asked whether it would look more pinched. He said not at all, because the cartilage would be spread out more, making it less pinched.
