It’s been over 10 years since I had my nose done with silicone and ear cartilage. Last year or the year before, my nose swelled up, so I went to an ENT, and they said it seemed like inflammation. Back then I took medication, got injections, and went through such a whole ordeal. After that, it settled down well, but the ENT doctor recommended removing the silicone from my nose. Since then, it swelled up just one more time, and it hasn’t swollen again up to now. But I’m worried that if I leave it in longer, my nose might become abnormal, so I’m planning to remove it before it’s too late. I’m considering PRM. How is that place? I looked up information and people said it was okay, so I’m thinking about it. If anyone knows anything, please let me know I’m from out of town, so this is really hard right now.

It’s uncomfortable because I can’t make a pig nose and I can’t move it up and down, so if it stays like this even after time passes, I’m considering removal. Is there anyone whose nose shape turned out fine, but who is considering removal…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 6 I went for a consultation for a fourth revision surgery, and I’m torn
First of all, I had rhinoplasty 12 years ago and was living well, satisfied with it, but then a problem developed with the silicone nasal bridge, so I had it removed. At that time, I had donated dermis grafting + nasal tip repositioning…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 6 Would early removal be better? It's been a week and I feel like I'm going to lose it
I had revision rhinoplasty after 5 years, and since the original clinic said they would do it as AS, I had it done there. For my first surgery, I had it done without an implant, and I had functional surgery using the septum and nasal…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 6 If I remove my nose implants

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 5 Nasal implant removal + repositioning: which of the two would be better?
I’ve posted a few times before. I had surgery with a silicone + ear cartilage combination, and right now I don’t have any major issues like inflammation or contracture, just protrusion because the cartilage is being pressed down. My skin…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 5 Cost of silicone removal
Two years ago, when I had surgery for a hump nose, I also had silicone placed in the nasal bridge and costal cartilage was used, so it was an expensive surgery. At first, I liked it because the hump was gone and my nasal bridge looked…
