I had revision rhinoplasty after 5 years, and since the original clinic said they would do it as AS, I had it done there. For my first surgery, I had it done without an implant, and I had functional surgery using the septum and nasal valve. The reason for the revision was that, as time passed, a sunken step-like area like a saddle nose appeared on the bridge of my nose, so I only asked them to fill that in and lower my lifted nasal tip. During my first surgery, my nasal bridge was already on the high side and my nasal skin was thin, so I didn't even consider silicone, and the director also said that because my bridge was already high, using silicone would make me look like Avatar, so we shouldn't use it. This time they used donated dermis, and I only asked for filling and lowering the nostrils, but yesterday, not even the splint, I had the taping and stitches removed, and now I'm completely having a mental breakdown.... Can this be corrected? I just wish the donated dermis would be completely absorbed.. It's been one week since the nose surgery... I did it because the sunken bridge bothered me before my wedding shoot, but I want to die... When I contacted the clinic, they naturally said it was because of swelling, but to me this doesn't look like swelling.
