First of all, I had rhinoplasty 12 years ago and was living well, satisfied with it, but then a problem developed with the silicone nasal bridge, so I had it removed. At that time, I had donated dermis grafting + nasal tip repositioning, and another 2 years have passed? The problem is that as the donated dermis gets absorbed, the overall size of my nose has become smaller, and I had nasal tip repositioning (a lowering method), so the height did get lower, but somehow the sharp, pointy feeling became even worse.. I’m also bothered by nostril show from the front After worrying about it in many ways, I went to several hospitals. At today’s consultation, the director suggested: - (nasal bridge) glue diced cartilage, where autologous costal cartilage is solidified in particle form and inserted / - (nasal tip) it is too hard, so over time it will show through even more. He said this needs to be softened a bit, and said he would use slight extension with autologous costal cartilage and an ear cartilage reverse-rotation technique. + alar rim lowering, that’s what he proposed.. Has anyone here had surgery this way? The consultation with the director was good, and he said the risk is low, so I’m seriously wondering whether I should try it
