I'm planning to have the L-shaped silicone implant completely removed.. My nose skin has become thin because it's been in for a long time.. They say that if I remove the silicone completely, an indentation could form in my nose.. Would it be right to just remove everything without putting anything else in? I'm so worried.. Even if it becomes indented, will it go back to normal? Or if it does become indented, is there another procedure I can do..?
