I had everything removed 7 months after my first surgery! I had 2 mm silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage used, but my nasal tip looked too excessive from the side + it looked very crooked from the front, so I had them removed. I had everything removed, including the alar rim lowering! The doctor at the removal clinic even said something like, “If they were going to use silicone this thin, why didn’t they just do it without an implant?” Maybe because of that, there isn’t a big difference in my nasal bridge! From the front, it’s still day 7, so it’s swollen, and my nose has gotten really wide haha It’ll get lower from here, right..? Are there any precautions related to the contraction period after total removal?!
