Nose Surgery Reviews

I finished my nose surgery naturally without an implant to fix my bulbous nose

I felt like time was dragging, but it’s already been half a year!!!!! Until I reached the 6-month mark, even though I liked it, I kept telling myself not to get too comfortable, but now that I’m at this point, I feel relieved because it seems like my first surgery ended safely.. Nose surgery: Director Choi at ㅂㄴㄴ Nasal materials: no implant + septal cartilage + ear cartilage Additional surgical methods: correction of bulbous nose, nasolabial angle, nasal tip defining point + shaving down the side bones of the nasal bridge During the consultation, the director explained each method one by one, why I needed each one, and how the surgery would be performed, so I liked that If I try to write it all here, because of my intelligence issue ^^;; I recommend going around for consultations yourself and hearing it directly Since the diagnosis will be different for each person anyway ㅇㅇ 1 month after nose surgery: First of all, I think the period that feels hard is all over within a week.. The swelling is something for later, and because of the splint + cotton, it feels so stuffy, but since they can be removed in a week, it was still okay At that time, even if I went out wearing a hat, anyone could tell I was a person with a splint on, so going out at night was too much, but after removing it, when I went for walks, it was okay because no one was staring holes through my face To be honest, I did like the shape of my nose, but the nasal tip was firm and it felt awkward when I smiled lol When you smile, both cheeks naturally lift, right? That looked awkward, and because the skin on my nasal tip felt tight, I just felt like I would look weird to others, so I covered my nose when I smiled.. This has become a habit even now... 2 months: The major swelling really all went down Until the 1-month mark, if I ate spicy and salty food the day before, it suddenly felt like my nasal tip had swollen more, but I got past that phase too The line looked natural too, and it was nice once the swelling in the columella went down The clinic also did radiofrequency for me, but the effect was, hmm.. I’m not really sure, and anyway, the nose shape actually didn’t have much swelling from the beginning. It was just awkward Maybe because I did it without an implant, I definitely think I had more swelling in the nasal tip than in the nasal bridge 3 months: My satisfaction with the side profile got even higher It did feel a little less firm when I touched it, but in reality, from this point on, I also lived without paying much attention to it In the beginning, I was living so carefully because I was worried something might bump into my nose Humans are creatures of adaptation...^^ I just put clothes on normally too I didn’t really do anything you could call aftercare. I took a ton of selfies around this time too 6 months: By this point, I just felt like I had safely entered the stable phase The nasal tip became much softer, and I don’t know if it’s because of the nasolabial angle correction, but the awkward-looking smile improved a lot too For reference, I also bought and used an inflammation-prevention spray from the clinic My goal for nose surgery was bulbous nose correction and naturally refining the nasal bridge and nasal tip overall, and I was glad I could have the surgery without an implant as I wanted Now I really like my nose shape, and I hope it just stays like this
