Nose Surgery Reviews

2-week review of functional rhinoplasty surgery with Director Jin at Wave

I was concerned about my flat face, so a few years ago I tried nose filler several times, but I didn’t like the shape and regretted it because of the foreign-body sensation. I was also tired of suffering because of rhinitis, so I thought surgery was the answer now and started consultations at clinics. I wanted to avoid implants as much as possible, so I proceeded with the surgery according to what was recommended. Director Jin Sang-gyun at Wave is apparently an ENT specialist. After the consultation, I thought, “Ah, this is the place,” and booked the surgery right away. Anyone who has looked into nose surgery will know, but it’s really difficult to resolve the functional nose issues while also being satisfied with the cosmetic aspect. I think I went for consultations at almost all the hospitals that are said to be really famous. I went into surgery after deciding firmly that there would absolutely be no such thing as revision surgery in my life, and the overly spread-out look is gone and I think the nasal bridge line came out nicely, so I’m satisfied. I wondered, “Is it too high?” so I asked the consultant, and she said that once the swelling goes down more, I might even feel it is lacking. I only had my nose done, but after doing it, I feel like my overall vibe has changed. Even when I take photos casually, it definitely looks good. It looks fine even with a bare face. After surgery, I’ve gained more confidence, and since people around me say I somehow got prettier, I wonder when I look at myself, “Maybe I really did?” Now I’m waiting for more of the swelling to go down. I hope you look into nose surgery carefully and thoroughly and have a successful surgery!
