My nose usually looked short and upturned, so I decided to get plastic surgery and went for a consultation. They explained that because my septum was short, I would need to use either autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, so I chose donated costal cartilage accordingly. I had the surgery without an implant, and I think my recovery was quick! As the swelling is gradually going down, I’m satisfied.
