Will it be okay? If they take out and use septal cartilage, could there be side effects? A lot of people say costal cartilage is the firmest and strongest... Honestly, even if ear cartilage is taken out, I don’t think there would be major discomfort, but why do they often use septal cartilage + ear cartilage for a first surgery?
