When I was in my second year of high school, I had incisional eye surgery with epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and ptosis correction, but before it had even been almost a year, one side completely came undone;; Since I was getting revision/AS for my eyes, I also got my nose done by the same director who did my eyes. I had already had surgery with them once, so I thought they knew the look I was going for well, and just left it to them.
For my nose, they used ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone, and because my nasal bones were wide, they shaved the bone too. Right now, the side effects are asymmetry when viewed from underneath the nose, rhinitis, and scar tissue that formed.. Ah, I didn’t take care of the ear where cartilage was taken from, so only one ear canal became a bit smaller. It’s not uncomfortable. There is scar tissue, but it’s inside the nose so it doesn’t show, and I don’t have a scar at the incision area.
I’m the type who worries a lot, so sometimes I get stressed and mentally spiral thinking side effects might come, but personally, I’m really so satisfied with this level... If I don’t say anything, people don’t really know I had surgery, and I didn’t look up angles? or anything like that at all, I just said, “Please make it naturally pretty.” And it came out natural.
Personally, if your nose is a huge complex like mine was, I tend to recommend just getting surgery...
