My nose is very low, but even so they asked me about whether I had silicone implants or not (there was one other place that did not mention silicone). Because they were popular, my consultation kept getting pushed back, so it took longer than expected. During the consultation, it felt like they only focused on the things that mattered, and they seemed to explain the detailed stuff only after I decided on the surgery. It is a one-doctor clinic, and I think they said you can view the CCTV, which I also liked. They always checked the size of the septum with CT.
