K Plus rhinoplasty, 3 months post-op I asked them to make it look absolutely natural, and it turned out very well. Most of the swelling had already gone down from the 1-month mark, and now all the swelling is gone, so no one notices. They don’t know I had surgery. When people say my nose is pretty and I tell them I had surgery, they’re surprised. It’s the best. K Plus is the best.
