Everyone, I escaped my arrow nose on my first surgery!! First of all, my concerns were an arrow nose, white nose, long nose, white nose, dragon nose, hump nose, and my nose being overly round... Basically, I had all the features that make a nose look long;;; My already long midface looked even longer... It was just so stressful. I thought about it a lot and did a lot of consultations, then got surgery at Mighty Plastic Surgery. First, my condition was no silicone xxx because, first of all, I didn’t want to raise my nasal bridge. If I raised my bridge, not only would my nose look even longer, but my eyes are a bit close-set, so I was worried that if I raised the bridge, they would look almost stuck together like I had one eye... But at other hospitals, they said the line would come out pretty only if silicone was used... But at Mighty, they tailored it to what I was going for. Of course, they explained the line, and even until the very last moment before going into surgery, they did ask me a little about using silicone, haha. The direction I wanted for my rhinoplasty was a nose that looked shorter than now, shaving down the hump, filling only the middle nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage, and lifting the nasal tip. And absolutely not a sharp, pointed tip like it had been pinched with a clothespin, but a slightly rounded nasal tip. In conclusion, I’m so happy with it Worrying was a luxury. I should have done it even a little sooner. Autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty is notorious for being so painful, but honestly, I didn’t hurt at all. I don’t know if I was lucky or if it didn’t hurt because the director is an expert in autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty and handled it well... Anyway, every time I visited, I had a consultation with the director, and the director consulted with me sincerely, so I felt very reassured and liked it!! Of course, the consultant, coordinators, and nurses were all so kind and great too 🫰
