First of all, during my first consultation, I felt that the director was kind and conscientious. He explained the side effects well, and also explained in detail the pros and cons of autologous costal cartilage particles and silicone. In my case, my nose was very low, so there were aesthetic limitations to using costal cartilage particles, so he recommended silicone, and I had surgery with silicone and autologous costal cartilage. Honestly, I was worried because everyone says autologous costal cartilage hurts, but I was surprised because it didn’t hurt much at all… I really think he did the surgery well. In my case, it didn’t hurt much, so even on day 2 after nose surgery, I could cough freely. Other than feeling slightly stiff when getting up, it didn’t hurt at all. Also, people usually say that before removing the splint, the nose often looks upturned or they don’t like the line, but I had none of that at all. The line is pretty, and he made the columella project so well.. I just hope it stays like this for the rest of my life.. The front desk staff, consultants, and nurses are all extremely kind.
