I had a nose with a hump, and even during the consultation before surgery, the doctor did say that although they could shave down the nasal bridge? area, they probably wouldn’t be able to shave the area beside the bridge perfectly. And honestly, from a 90-degree side view it doesn’t look like a hump, but because the area beside the nasal bridge is bulky, when light hits it from certain angles, the hump still looks severe, like in photos… And since they were shaving the hump anyway, they took ear cartilage and lifted my nasal tip, but the area where the ear cartilage was harvested swelled up so much because I have keloid-prone skin, so my ear ended up not looking pretty either… That’s why I don’t really like tying my hair up either haha But I think I’ll just live like this. I’m scared to do another surgery too.
