I’m going to write about my recovery progress after breast surgery! This is for my own records hehe <Surgery day 26.01.22 (Thu)> - I was very flustered because my breasts looked like they had been hit by a square-square beam, and the shape was nothing like what I had expected. On top of that, the right side had a wrinkled texture like a rippling phenomenon. Also, bruising that I couldn’t tell was blood pooling or just bruising appeared around the edges of the operated breast, and I became anxious + a worry doll, asking the manager questions until late at night.. Thankfully, the manager answered even though it was late.. If not, I think I would have been too anxious to sleep. I heard that if there is blood pooling, the possibility of capsular contracture increases, so I was saying things like I wanted surgery to remove the blood pooling, etc.,, Honestly, the first day I was really depressed and wondered why I had even done this surgery,, To make matters worse, on the way home I took the subway, and menstrual cramps suddenly hit like crazy (it was day 2 at the time) I really came home dripping cold sweat, praying to my ancestors to save me. + Nausea and queasiness from the medication + when the abdominal pain became extreme, I really felt like there was no way I could go on like this, and I thought I might end up vomiting into my bag on the subway, so I got off at the transfer station to take a taxi, but to make matters worse, it was rush hour and I thought traffic would be even worse, so I just chose the subway and came home.. Seriously, that day was depression itself I tried to sleep but couldn’t, and barely fell asleep around 4-5. It was uncomfortable sleeping in a seated position for the first time, and my chest felt compressed and stuffy.
