I had my breast filler removed at the clinic. It was done endoscopically through the armpit incision, and they showed me all the endoscopic photos. Before surgery, when they checked with ultrasound, they told me there were areas where the filler had messily gone in between the tissues, so it would be a high-difficulty case. They said they would remove as much as possible very carefully, so I felt I could trust them. In the ultrasound photo, they said the black area at the upper left was filler that had infiltrated into normal tissue and was hidden there, and that this was the cause of the lump I could feel. They said my tissue invasion was more severe than most people’s. In the endoscopic photo before removal, they said all the yellow areas throughout were Aquafilling filler. They recorded the scene where they found filler hidden between normal tissues. Their technique is amazing, finding and removing even things hidden like that with an endoscope.
After removing the filler overall, they also left endoscopic photos showing the cleaned-up state, and seeing that made me feel so relieved. Of course, they told me several times that removing 100% of it is impossible, but since they showed me evidence that they really did their best to remove everything possible within the feasible range, I felt truly reassured.
There was pain for a few days, but now it’s okay. My breasts got smaller, but they look better than I expected, so I think it’s fine.
My armpit feels a little stiff, but every time I go to the hospital, the director checks my condition and personally does the aftercare. Looking at it, the scar is also extremely neat.
