Day 3 after surgery 26.01.25 (Sun) It was much easier to wake up in the morning than on day 2, but I still couldn’t sleep well. For the first time, I briefly took off the BeauBra and the upper band at home. I was relieved because the upper fullness wasn’t as severe as I expected, but I was a bit worried because the line from the accessory breast area down to where the breasts fall was so distinct. I still couldn’t remove the taping, so I couldn’t know my exact breast shape, which made me a little anxious, but I was glad that the upper fullness didn’t bother me visually, whether it had gone down more than expected or just wasn’t that severe to begin with. Also, the breast line was pretty, like a teardrop shape, but I couldn’t deny that the breasts felt a bit large for my body, so that worried me too. For now, I couldn’t shake the feeling that they were too big for my frame, and the size seemed like it would definitely be obvious when lying down.. (fear that they wouldn’t spread out + even if they did spread, I thought they’d be so big they’d look like rice bowls) That was also a slightly depressing point. It was a cosmetic surgery I did secretly without telling anyone, so I worried about how I should tell my boyfriend later, and what if he feels disappointed because I had breast surgery. Whenever I felt this kind of sadness, I kept telling myself that I should first be grateful that I’m alive. There was still something on the lower part of my right breast that looked like a blood bruise or pooled blood, and it didn’t feel like it was getting better.
