Nose Re-Surgery

Tenderness 3 years after nose surgery

It has been 3 years by count since I had nose surgery, and I had it done at an ENT clinic. As far as I remember, at the time of surgery I had functional correction (straightening a deviated septum / crooked nose) + cosmetic procedures (hump shaving, 3 mm silicone implant, and raising the nasal tip using ear cartilage). There was always some shifting of the silicone when I was lying down. But lately, I guess you could call it tenderness, I feel pressure building up on the nasal bridge, and when I do a motion that lifts the philtrum area toward the nose, I feel pulling at the nasal tip. When I lie down, I keep feeling like I smell cigarette smoke. There is nothing abnormal on the outside. I’m so stressed because of this. Could inflammation be coming on..? Is there anyone like me..? I am considering removal, so I’m looking into it..
