I haven’t gone to any consultations yet. But I think I’ve seen reviews of clinics that, after removing old silicone, put in something like autologous ear fascia when the skin is very thin, especially around the nasal tip.. Can ear cartilage also be placed in the nasal tip? If it’s inserted, would that also protrude like silicone???
