Nose Re-Surgery

Medpor Removal

It’s been over 10 years, and honestly I don’t have any symptoms, but I do have Medpor, and the silicone near the glabella moves too. I went for a consultation at ㅅㅅㅇ, and they said removal isn’t necessarily needed right now, but since I have Medpor, I’ll have to do it someday. They also told me that the amount of movement in the glabella silicone is within the normal range for someone like me. They said that if I only do a full removal, my nose could turn up or droop down, and that there’s a method where they use ear cartilage or septal cartilage just at the nasal tip to prevent the nose from turning up or drooping down. At first I was thinking about full removal, but now that I heard my nose could turn up or droop down, I’m really conflicted. My original nose is a short nose. I’ve also heard that short noses can develop contracture, and I have an appointment booked at ㅍㄹㅁ in the last week. Is there anyone here who had a consultation there with a similar case to mine?? I’m curious whether full removal alone would be enough at ㅍㄹㅁ, and I’m also curious about the cost. I’d also like to hear from anyone who had surgery at ㅅㅅㅇ or ㅍㄹㅁ.
