It’s been 10 years since I had revision surgery after contracture, but it’s extremely crooked and it’s hard to breatheㅜㅜ Which of these two hospitals is better?

I’m currently deciding between Chamin Plastic Surgery and Thehada Plastic Surgery, because they specialize in contracture.. Thehada also seems to have something like contracture injections. Can anyone tell me how they are? I’ve also been to Rococo, Respect, Mind, Another, and Irumi. Using autologous costal cartilage, using dermis, lowering the nasal bridge, and lowering the columella. My nose is small and my nostrils are also very small. The last material currently in my nose is septal cartilage, and that is all crooked.
