Post-op day 5, 2026.01.27 (Tue)
I slept so restlessly that day, I only slept about 4 hours..? I kept waking up in between, so I couldn’t get deep sleep. My butt was so, so sore from pressure
And I had plans early in the morning that day, so I forced myself to get up and barely managed to get ready..
Put on nipple covers and went out!
It was the longest I’d been outside since surgery.
I left at 10:16 and got home at 8:20!!!
I was outside for about 10 hours total, and the problem was that it was insanely cold that day. Because of my plans, I ended up wearing a skirt + coat, so I was so, so cold, and it felt like my upper body was tensing up and making me use my chest muscles. I thought I should deliberately relax more, but it didn’t go the way I wanted.
When I got home and took off the compression bra, clearly yesterday the inframammary fold under my left breast had been lower, but today the inframammary fold under my right breast was lower..
Just looking with my eyes, I couldn’t really tell, but when I took photos, the difference looked much more obvious.
And at first, the implant warranty card the nurses gave me said right 275, left 250, so I wondered what was going on and asked about it. They corrected it again and rewrote the warranty card saying right 250, left 275.
(My left breast is smaller, so 275 should go into the left.)
But the strange thing is, from the first time I looked, I felt like my right breast was bigger than my left, and today when I bent slightly forward and looked at my breasts, the right breast was clearly bigger.
I suddenly got depressed again and felt at a loss about how to bring this up, but for now I shouted, let’s be thankful I’m alive again, amen
