If I remove the donated rib-cartilage support, will my nasal tip completely collapse? Or would revision surgery be possible?

I’m male, and it’s been about one month since my surgery. I had alar reduction + fascia on the nasal bridge + a donated rib-cartilage support. My initial request was actually that I didn’t have much desire for changes to the nasal bridge, but they used fascia and kept it under 2 mm. My nostrils were originally spread out sideways, so I wanted the nose to be projected a bit so they would show less from the front. I honestly hadn’t even thought about alar reduction. But the doctor said they would do the alar reduction conservatively and that it would be better to do it together, so I said okay and had the surgery. But they didn’t properly lengthen the nasal tip, and only cut the nostrils, so my nostrils have become much weaker-looking. And from the side, the nasal tip is the same, but only the bridge got higher, so my nose looks more feminine and more upturned than before. Even if I tell the doctor, you know how it is, right? They say it’s all because of swelling. They said they didn’t cut much of the nostrils either. Well, honestly, from the front it doesn’t look bad. But my nose is still like that, so in this state, if I go in the direction I originally wanted, lengthening the nasal tip more, I feel like my nose would either look completely pinched or become a straight nose, so I can’t even dream of it. Now the problem is that the foreign-body sensation is severe, and one side of my nose is blocked because of the support, so it’s hard to breathe. I don’t like the shape either, and the nasal bridge also looks unnatural, so I want to remove everything. If I remove it, will my nasal tip collapse a lot? Since they didn’t lengthen the nasal tip anyway, could it even collapse more? Or would it not be possible to have surgery in this state in the direction of lengthening the nasal tip more?
