I had a fairly severe hump, so I had the nasal tip raised naturally, and because no implant was used, the nasal bridge showed through a lot and the nasal tip gradually drooped, so I had revision surgery. I had the revision done by the same doctor at the same hospital. The reason I trusted them with the revision was that, aside from the show-through, there were no major side effects.
However... Even right after the revision, it felt like it had been sutured while shifted to the left. The splint was also pointing to the left, and when I mentioned it right away, the only answer I got was that my preexisting asymmetry just looked worse.
The center of the columella and the center of the philtrum are misaligned, and it has become a nose that looks like it was detached and sutured incorrectly to the left. The nostril asymmetry has also become extremely severe... I wanted it to look natural, but the height also became higher, so I ended up with a nose shape I did not want.
A nose whose center is off, beyond just nostril asymmetry... Where should I start going for consultations? Is there anyone else like me?
