I had functional rhinoplasty because of my blunt nose and rhinitis. First of all, the director gives an incredibly thorough and careful consultation. I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I went without an implant, and used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip so it wouldn’t droop! It’s only been 3 weeks, so there’s still some swelling and quite a bit of a foreign-body sensation, but people around me keep saying it turned out well and asking where I had it done lol. One downside is... maybe because there’s only one director, the wait is pretty long It was like that even on the day of surgery, and I think it’s because they carefully see each person one by one, but other than that, I was satisfied overall!
